The students of the compulsory course QB13 were asked regarding the structure of curricular teaching in palliative medicine and the course design. Aspects are amongst others theory, practice, case reference, time expenditure and to what extent the topic belongs to medical training.
In addition to recording the aspects of palliative medicine that seem particularly challenging to students, the results served as the basis for a targeted intervention in which the teaching format was changed. The survey results after the changeover are compared with the results before the changeover.
